Annual Swimming Gala

This year, the annual swimming gala was successfully held on September 18, 2015 (Friday) at Victoria Park Swimming Pool. Over 100 Josephians competed in more than 30 events. We have been pleased that the number of participants was the highest among all years and there was overwhelming participation from junior forms. All swimmers have tried their very best and trained themselves very hard for the inter school swimming competition. These budding swimmers are going to succeed the "retiring" stars, who will be graduating in the next year or two.
In the invitation relay, it was a close game. Our brother school La Salle College captured the champion, beating Queen's College only by 300 milliseconds.
The day of excitement was concluded with the relay event among the Aquatic Club, Students' Union, Prefects' Board, Interact Club, and Football Club. At last, the Aquatic Club won the competition. I hope our swimming team can perform well in the inter-school competition.
