Our students participated in a fantastic “ESG x AI Coding Course” visit co-organised by Tramplus and SJC ECA Department, diving deep into the world of technology and sustainability. The day was packed with enriching experiences, starting with an insightful talk by our alumnus, Dr. Reynold Cheng from the HKU School of Computing and Data Science, who introduced our boys to the fascinating fields of AI and big data.
The excitement continued with a tour of the impressive Tam Wing Fan Innovation Wing, a hub of creativity and technology. Our students got a firsthand look at a top-tier maker space and the innovative projects being developed there.
The afternoon concluded with a thought-provoking seminar by Professor Adam D. Switzer from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, who shared his expertise on environmental science and sustainability.
It was a brilliant opportunity for our students to engage with leading academics and explore future career paths in STEM. Most importantly, they all had a wonderful and enjoyable time, leaving with new knowledge and a spark of inspiration. We are so proud of their enthusiasm and curiosity!
A huge thank you to the University of Hong Kong, Dr. Reynold Cheng, and Professor Adam D. Switzer for making this such a memorable and valuable experience for our students.
