Important Notes for New Secondary One Students and Parents regarding Registration Day (2026-2027)

Date: 9 July 2026 (Thursday)

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (Doors open at 8:45 a.m.)

Venue: New Hall, St. Joseph’s College

Students are required to bring the following documents:

• The Allocation Slip and Admission Slip issued by the Education Bureau (EDB).
• A photocopy of the student’s Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID).
  (Note: If the student’s HKID Card bears the symbol “C” (indicating conditional stay) on the line below the date of birth, please also provide copies of other valid visa documents.)
• One recent passport-size photograph for the issuance of the student card.
  (Please write the student’s name in block letters and HKID number on the back of the photograph.)

Parents may purchase summer assignments and school uniforms (payment by cash or credit card) and complete other enrolment formalities (payment by cash or cheque) at the booths in the Old Hall and special rooms.

New S1 students and parents are strongly encouraged to attend the Registration Day as this will be a valuable opportunity to meet the Principal, Subject Teachers, and the PTA Chairperson, as well as to obtain further information about our school and the upcoming programmes planned for new students.    

Should you be unable to attend the registration at 9:00 a.m. on 9 July 2026, please adhere to the pre-assigned timeslot indicated on your Admission Slip to complete the registration process.
