The Junior Committee Camp was successfully held between 30th September and 1st October. The camp was a meaningful and energetic experience for all participants. Through a range of engaging challenges and activities, members were encouraged to recognise their individual strengths, reflect on areas for improvement, and grow into more capable individuals.
Designed to develop essential skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, the camp also gave Junior Committee members valuable opportunities to build stronger connections with one another. By fostering mutual understanding and trust, participants are better prepared to work closely together throughout the coming year.
More importantly, the camp reinforced the spirit of service at the heart of the Students’ Union. It reminded every member of their role in supporting and serving fellow Josephians. We hope that the experiences gained during these two days will serve as a steady beacon, guiding Junior Committee members as they take on future responsibilities within the Students’ Union and continue their journeys beyond school.
