Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (Entrance opens 15 minutes early)

Venue: New Hall, St. Joseph’s College

Students, please bring along the following documents:

• Allocation Slip and Admission Slip issued by EDB
• A copy of Hong Kong Identity Card
  (If the student’s HKID Card bears the symbol “C” (for conditional stay) at the line below the date of birth, please also bring along other valid visa documents.)
• One recent passport-sized photograph for the issuance of student card
  (Please write student’s name and HKID number on the back of the photograph.)

Parents may purchase summer assignments and school uniforms (payment by cash or credit card) and complete other enrolment formalities (payment by cash or cheque) at the booths in the Old Hall and special rooms.

New S1 students and parents are strongly encouraged to attend the Registration Day as this will be a valuable opportunity to meet the Principal, Subject Teachers, and PTA Chairman, as well as to obtain more information about our school and the upcoming programs planned for new students.    

If you are unable to attend the Registration Day at 9:00 a.m. on 10 July 2025, please follow the pre-assigned registration schedule indicated on the Admission Slip for registration.
