St. Joseph's Cup: International Chess tournament

We will hold the 1st St. Joseph's Cup: International Chess Tournament on October 27 and 28, 2018 at St. Joseph's College (Kennedy Road 26). This is the first international chess tournament co-organized by our School and the Hong Kong Chess Association in this school year.
Eight world champion amateur players from Hong Kong, India, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Russia, China, and the Philippines are invited to participate in the tournament. Among them is Mr. Daniel Lam, an alumnus of ours, who was the first Hong Kong player to win the championship in the "World Amateur Chess" Blitz Group in 2017.
